Pool Finish (poolsfinish.com) is operated by DG Pool Supply Group LLC ("Pool Finish," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
What We Collect
When you order, request a quote, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers. As you browse, we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, pages and products viewed, and cart activity, through cookies and similar tools. If you message us by chat, email, phone, or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation history.
Why We Use It
We use your information to fulfill and deliver orders (including freight and export shipments arranged through your forwarder), calculate and confirm quotes, communicate about your order, prevent fraud, operate and improve this store, and send offers you have agreed to receive. Marketing messages always include a way to opt out.
Who We Share It With
Only the providers needed to serve you: our storefront and payment processors, parcel and freight carriers, your designated freight forwarder for export orders, and the chat, email, analytics, and advertising services that help us run and promote the store (such as Google and Meta). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and customers. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies
This site uses necessary cookies for the cart, checkout, and security; analytics cookies to understand how the store is used; and advertising cookies to measure campaigns and reach interested customers on other platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work as intended. Where a cookie consent tool appears on the site, you can manage optional cookies there.
Your Rights
Residents of states with privacy laws (including California) may request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and may opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; to make any request, reach us at the phone number or through the Contact page of this site and we will honor it as applicable law requires. Exercising your rights never affects the service you receive.
Retention, Security, and Children
We retain order records as long as business, tax, and warranty obligations require, and protect information with encrypted connections and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
