Products and Color Accuracy
Pool Finish sells pool finishes, plasters, and related materials. Finish colors are shown as accurately as technology allows, but the final appearance of a pool finish depends on water chemistry, lighting, depth, application, and curing; product photos and digital swatches are representations, and we cannot guarantee an exact color match to a photo, sample, or prior installation. Bag weights, coverage, and yields are manufacturer figures; our online calculator provides estimates only — always confirm quantities for your project before ordering.
Pricing and Orders
We work to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If a pricing or product error affects your order before shipment, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund. We reserve the right to verify any order (payment, billing, shipping, and identity information) and to cancel or refund orders flagged for suspected fraud, unverifiable details, or payment problems. Product availability is not guaranteed; items may be out of stock, backordered, delayed, or discontinued, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping, Freight, and Pickup
Orders ship by parcel or palletized freight as described in our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Freight shipments must be inspected before signing the delivery receipt; note any visible damage on the receipt and contact us immediately. For pickup orders, items not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees, and items unclaimed after 60 days may be treated as abandoned unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Warranties
Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer; Pool Finish does not create, extend, or modify manufacturer warranties. Warranty decisions — coverage, repair, replacement, and claims — are made by the manufacturer. Improper mixing, application, curing, water chemistry, or installation by unqualified persons may void a warranty. Follow all manufacturer instructions and applicable standards for mixing and applying finishes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Pool Finish and DG Pool Supply Group LLC for any claim related to a product, order, or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, water damage, or labor costs, unless required by applicable law. Technical information, coverage figures, and recommendations on this site are general guidance only; you and your installer must verify specifications, quantities, and local requirements before purchase and application.
Payment Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve any billing, product, shipping, or return issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in collection action, recovery of fees and legal costs, and refusal of future sales.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, supplier or manufacturer delays, transportation disruptions, material shortages, power or internet outages, or government action.
Governing Law
