Hawaiian Blue turns an ordinary resurface into a rich Caribbean blue — this Florida Stucco Gem finish is a Pool Finish favorite for good reason. It's a mill-prepared blend of colored quartz aggregates, white Portland cement and performance additives — an etch-resistant alternative to traditional marcite that cures hard, dense and smooth underfoot. It attains a compressive strength in excess of 3500 psi in 24 hours and exceeds 7000 psi in 28 days.
